Job summary

Regenstrief Institute in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Program Manager to lead programmatic and operational efforts across state partners supporting MOCC. The role requires strong project management, healthcare administration experience, and ability to drive complex work across multiple organizations.

The position involves governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with hybrid work and on-site expectations in downtown Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in health administration, healthcare management, public administration, public health, health policy, emergency management, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare administration, health system operations, or multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple organizations and stakeholders (3+ years).
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills; ability to communicate with executives, state officials, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from planning through implementation and evaluation; maintains workplans, timelines, deliverables, and reporting calendars.
• Coordinates governance and stakeholder meetings; documents decisions and advances program initiatives.
• Develops program materials, policies, workflows, performance measures and reporting for leadership and partners.
• Coordinates with healthcare, EMS, data, technology, communications, and subcontractors to support implementation and monitor deliverables.
• Represents Regenstrief at state and stakeholder meetings, communicating progress, risks, barriers, and decisions.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and ensures compliance with confidentiality, data governance, and reporting requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
