Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of related healthcare administration or multi-stakeholder program management.
• At least three years managing projects across multiple organizations.
• Experience with hospital operations, EMS systems, public health programs preferred.
• Experience with committee management, subcontractor coordination, and grant reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from planning through evaluation with schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinates governance and stakeholder meetings; documents decisions.
• Develops program materials, policies, and reporting dashboards.
• Partners with healthcare, EMS, data, tech, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Engages stakeholders and represents Regenstrief in meetings.
• Identifies improvements and ensures compliance with data governance and retention.
