Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) ITC through SIMSS.

The role provides project management, governance analysis, and meeting facilitation to help the federal lead assess enterprise health IT priorities and advance the committee's work. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in strategic assessment of enterprise‑level health IT portfolios and a thorough understanding of VA/VHA governance structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, healthcare management, information technology, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience, including project management, strategic planning or management analysis, and governance support within healthcare or government sectors.
Experience briefing senior stakeholders and coordinating across cross‑functional teams with thorough preparation and follow‑through.
Ability to facilitate strategic planning sessions and meetings with senior leadership.
Proven ability to produce executive briefings, analytics, and concise recommendations from complex information.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage ITC support activities, maintaining work plans, calendars, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
Coordinate the full meeting cycle for executive committee and workgroup sessions, including agenda development and materials review.
Facilitate committee meetings, guiding discussion, managing time, and surfacing issues requiring government direction.
Plan and coordinate virtual, hybrid, and in‑person meetings with stakeholders and technology checks.
Research and analyze enterprise health IT portfolios, investment priorities, and governance issues; synthesize risks and options for federal review.
