Job summary

  • Requires 3+ years in marketing, recruitment, student affairs, or higher education outreach.
  • Experience in higher education recruitment and enrollment management.
  • Experience with social media management and content development.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and develops procedures for administering a large department or program.
  • Manages fiscal activities, including procurement and budget analysis.
  • Provides guidance to subordinate staff and evaluates performance.
  • Prepares abstracts, research reports, funding proposals, operations and procedure manuals, and other written materials and documentation.
  • Creates and reviews reports of expenditures and activities.
  • Develops, implements and maintains appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Plays a key role in promoting departmental academic programs and student recruitment.
  • Develops and implements marketing, recruitment, student engagement, and alumni outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborates with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners to strengthen enrollment pipelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
