Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
• Three years of communications experience in complex settings; healthcare/policy nonprofit experience a plus.
• Strong project management abilities with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
• Experience using social media and digital tools to reach target audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex issues.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop).

Aufgaben

• Drive consistent coverage of ACHP and member initiatives with media outreach.
• Develop press releases, statements, op-eds and talking points; manage inquiries.
• Create advocacy collateral and manage projects with vendors and consultants.
• Lead external speaking engagements calendar and secure opportunities.
• Assist with event branding and member communications campaigns.
