Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
• 3+ years of communications experience (5+ years for senior manager) in complex settings.
• Strong project management abilities and ability to work independently with tight deadlines.
• Expertise with social media and digital tools to reach target audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Media Engagement: drive coverage, manage requests, expand reporter contacts, oversee media databases.
• Content Development: lead creation of advocacy collateral, manage projects with vendors, update collateral, backup for social/website content.
