FoundCare, Inc. seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead fiscal strategy, governance, and financial stewardship for its health center services in West Palm Beach, FL.

You will advise the CEO, oversee HRSA 330 and Ryan White funding, and ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state requirements. The role requires strong leadership of budgeting, audits, and the revenue cycle, with collaboration across executive leadership and program leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5–7 years of financial leadership/management experience.
• CPA preferred; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Flexibility for weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and long-term financial planning with COO and program leaders.
• Oversee GAAP financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and closing processes.
• Direct HRSA 330, Ryan White, and other awards; ensure award-level accounting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with 2 CFR Parts 200/300, cost allocation, and procurement rules.
• Manage payer contracts, revenue cycle controls, and cost reporting.
• Provide financial analysis to support growth, investments, and new opportunities.
• Coordinate audits (Single Audits, Florida Single Audit Act) and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly financials, cash flow projections, and Board presentations.
• Oversee banking, investments, and debt within policy; manage liquidity and reserves.
• Lead Finance and Accounting team, performance reviews, and training.
