Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and at least five years of leadership experience.
• CPA preferred; healthcare finance and FQHC experience valued.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, and FP&A capabilities.
• Ability to lead finance and IT functions with strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of finance, revenue cycle, and IT functions.
• Direct accounting, GAAP compliance, and timely financial reporting.
• Manage FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and program-level analysis.
• Oversee grant reporting, cost reports, and external financial requirements.
• Lead vendor contracts, procurement, and risk management.
• Develop policies integrating finance with operations and administration.
