Job summary

AbelsonTaylor Group seeks an Account Supervisor to build and sustain positive client relationships, evaluate agency performance, and align client and agency needs with brand strategy. You will ensure top-tier service while integratingagency expertise into every project.

You will supervise cross-audience programs, support senior leadership, and act as the go-to for key clients and internal teams. Mentoring junior staff and driving workshops will be key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading account teams in a marketing/advertising environment.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop brand strategy and guide projects from concept to delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Comfort leading workshops and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Account Programs across audiences and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support Account Director and VP in refining brand strategy and objectives.
• Act as go-to for key clients and internal team; manage brand activity and partnerships.
• Be recognized as the agency brand expert in messaging and competitive landscape.
• Lead client-agency workshops, develop outputs and updates; ensure timely reports.
• Oversee status updates, weekly reports, and conference notes.
