The hybrid position requires onsite presence in Chicago Tuesday-Thursday, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ongoing learning within a health-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years agency or marketing experience.
• Life sciences focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tactical Programs Across Multiple Audiences (HCP, Patient, Consumer).
• Support Account Director and VP to develop brand strategy and marketing objectives.
• Become the go-to for key clients and internal team; manage brand activity and partnerships.
• Lead client workshops, meetings, and output decks; ensure thorough recap reports.
• Oversee status updates and weekly reports; drive budget discussions with clients.
• Lead SOW development and tactical planning; drive organic growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of psychological safety.
