Qualifications

• Nonprofit HR leadership with multi-state compliance knowledge
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of policies for work with minors and FERPA
• Experience managing a senior HR leader and collaborating with executive team
• Talent management, compensation, and benefits expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and candidate pipelines across sites
• Design and oversee performance review system and merit processes
• Manage employee relations, coaching, and escalation with legal counsel as needed
• Develop professional development calendars and organize site trainings
• Ensure compliance with employment, tax, and work with minors regulations
