Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement or related field.
• 12–15 years of leadership experience in procurement within international organizations.
• Experience leading large indirect spend categories.
• Proven experience overseeing corporate travel programs and travel suppliers.
• Strong leadership in global matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate global Procurement strategy into NAM priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver annual savings, value creation, risk mitigation, and productivity targets.
• Regularly report market targets aligned with global Procurement targets.
• Shape long-term procurement agenda and leadership reflecting market requirements.
• Lead and develop market teams and capabilities; manage talent.
• Drive capability development, process standardization, and governance improvements.
• Champion responsible AI adoption with data literacy and better decision-making across spend and risk.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Global Directors to position market procurement requirements globally.
• Develop and oversee market travel category strategies and supplier portfolios.
• Monitor travel program performance via KPIs and spend analytics.
