Job summary

The World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta is seeking a Manager, Guest Experience & Operations to lead the guest experience standard across the attraction. You will partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into daily behaviors and drive premium service.

As Duty Manager, you will own the program, set standards, coach leaders, and ensure safe, show-ready operations across shifts, with a focus on guest satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume visitor attraction, hospitality, museum, or similar guest-facing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, operations, or related field preferred.
• Must pass a credit check, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Defines, strengthens, and executes the attraction-wide guest experience philosophy and standards.
• Leads the Duty Manager (DM) program development, leadership routines, and accountability across shifts.
• Coaches Supervisors and Associate Attraction Managers to elevate frontline guest experiences.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to balance guest, employee, and business needs while maintaining premium service.
• Resolves guest issues with professionalism and sound judgment to protect the guest experience.
