Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Strategic GTM Programs Director to partner with the CRO and Revenue leadership to translate priorities into action and keep the CRO V2MOM aligned.

You will programmatically manage cross-functional programs, pilots, and initiatives, coordinating with Finance, People, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive critical business objectives with discipline and transparency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or executive operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
• Strong program-management skills coordinating cross-functional work.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including executive presentations.
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations on annual planning and OKRs.
• Lead cross-functional programs and pilot initiatives with CRO direction.
• Identify dependencies, clarify ownership, surface decisions.
• Plan, schedule, track progress, and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate meetings logistics and risk/issue documentation.
• Support executive meeting prep and follow-through.
• Coordinate Revenue events and executive engagements.
• Coordinate CRO communications with internal/external messaging.
• Support headcount planning and organizational design across Revenue.
• Partner on CRO budget visibility and procurement coordination.
• Escalate organizational concerns and blockages.
• Establish CRO operating cadence and meeting rhythms.
