Job summary

PRR in Washington, DC seeks a Business Development & Senior Coordinator, Health to support the Health Division and Strategic Growth team. You will manage health RFP searches, qualifications, and maintain the proposal library while building strong relationships across project teams and leadership.

You will craft compelling copy, edit materials, and ensure quality in submissions. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in marketing/proposal development are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years of experience in marketing and proposal development, AEC industry experience and familiarity with public sector procurement, health focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support health RFP searching, marketing qualifications, and proposal library maintenance.
• Generate, edit, and shape non-technical copy for proposals and resumes.
• Research, track, and review RFPs/RFQs and assist Go/No Go decisions.
• Maintain accurate business development data in Deltek Vantagepoint and update project records.
• Develop marketing materials for conferences, clients, and partners.
• Train and mentor staff on business development and marketing best practices.
