Job summary

PRR is a full-service communications firm serving transportation, environment, and health sectors. We seek a Strategic Growth Specialist to lead proposal development for our Transportation Division, managing pursuits end to end from capture planning through interviews, while coordinating with project teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes exceptional writing, editing, and content development, with strong collaboration across disciplines and a focus on compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and proposal development; public sector procurement familiarity, transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage pursuits end to end, capture planning, proposal development, submission, and interview for division projects.
• Lead pursuit meetings with cross-functional teams to produce proposal content.
• Oversee interview preparation, slide decks, and talking points.
• Coordinate information requests, customize resumes, and review submissions before sending.
• Research, track, and review RFPs/RFQs in GovWin; initiate Go/No Go process.
• Partner with Division VP on Strategic Growth processes.
• Facilitate client debriefs to identify improvements and measure competitiveness.
• Provide timely responses to information requests and support administrative Growth tasks.
• Develop proposal content and resumes; edit, proofread, and shape copy from technical staff.
• Collaborate with graphic designer on layout and branding for proposals.
