Job summary

PRR in Washington, DC, seeks a Strategic Growth Specialist to lead proposal development for the Transportation Division. You will manage pursuits from capture planning through interview, coordinating with project teams and leadership to produce compelling content and strong responses.

Strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in marketing/proposal development, with preference for experience in public sector procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and proposal development, AEC industry experience and familiarity with public sector procurement, specifically transportation, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pursuits end to end, capture planning, proposal development, submission, and interview for division-related projects.
• Lead pursuit meetings with cross-functional teams to produce proposal content.
• Coordinate information requests, customize resumes and project examples, and review submissions.
• Develop content for proposals and marketing collateral, including data packs and resumes.
• Maintain accurate business development data in Deltek Vantagepoint and support marketing operations.
