Job summary

Nicklaushealth is seeking a Project Manager for the Strategy Advancement Team to plan, implement, and evaluate cross-functional strategic projects, including health system affiliations. You will oversee all phases from initiation to completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, and milestones are met while aligning with organizational priorities.

You will lead project teams, manage communications, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of project management, business development, or strategic planning in a healthcare setting.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean / Six Sigma training skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex, cross-functional projects focused on business growth and development in pediatric healthcare.
• Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of health system affiliation projects with defined scope and milestones.
• Develops and manages comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• Maintains clear communication with stakeholders and resolves conflicts.
• Identifies risks, mitigates issues, and informs leadership of progress.
• Measures KPI performance and provides data-driven insights for decisions.
• Conducts market research and financial analysis to support recommendations.
• Monitors deliverables and provides status reports to senior leadership.
• Facilitates meetings and ongoing messaging to align objectives and timelines.
• Drives process improvements and integration across affiliates.
