Job summary

Nicklaushealth is seeking an IT Project Management Office support professional to coordinate training, create documentation, and lead training sessions. You will help analyze governance, plan projects, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and timelines for IT initiatives.

You will collaborate with IT leaders to generate reports, present to executives, and ensure high adoption of new systems and procedures across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or project collaboration.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training creation and deliver training sessions, tracking attendance.
• Collaborate to maintain PMO dashboards and generate status reports.
• Prepare presentations and analytics for IT leadership and executive committees.
• Maintain project timelines and KPI templates within PMO systems.
• Support IT project portfolio governance, tools, and adoption across the enterprise.
• Educate and train non-PMO audiences on PMO benefits and tools.
