Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and executes multiple construction & renovation projects within scope and budget.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and provides ongoing project communication.
• Develops move/equipment management plans and leads implementation.
• Manages procurement and participates in contract negotiations.
• Obtains hospital approvals and processes purchase orders.
• Documents project information accurately and maintains records.
• Ensures compliance with AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA and local codes.
• Assesses risks and implements mitigation.
• Reviews progress against milestones and deadlines.
• Delivers project management training and process improvements.
