Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects focused on pediatric healthcare growth.
• Plan, execute, and deliver health system affiliation projects on scope and milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communications and resolve team conflicts.
• Monitor risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report to leaders.
• Collect and analyze data to measure KPI impact of affiliations.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support recommendations.
• Provide project status reports to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes across affiliates.
