Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology, on the Disney Cruise Line team, seeks a Sr. Product Manager to drive strategy, concept development, and delivery across Logistics, Medical, Safety, and Security portfolios. You will partner with Product Management, Technology, and Business Operations to enhance guest and crew experiences.

With 5+ years in product management and strong communication, you will lead cross-functional teams, write user stories, manage backlogs, and present roadmaps to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in web/app environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to solve ambiguity and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across diverse teams.
• Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the portfolio.
• Define strategy and present plans to senior leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with tech and business leaders to enhance guest and crew experience.
• Lead external vendors and internal squads to deliver on time and scope.
• Translate concepts into deliverables: user stories, epics, and requirements.
• Attend scrums, prioritize work, and clear blockers for smooth rollouts.
• Provide regular product updates to leadership and coordinate launches.
