Lovevery, Inc is seeking a Manager of Strategy and Business Development to lead strategic planning, evaluate opportunities, and drive cross-functional execution across product, content, finance, marketing, technology, and ops. You will collaborate with leaders and cofounders, presenting at board meetings and guiding key initiatives with clear milestones.

This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires strong analytical, financial, and communications skills to accelerate

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with strong academic achievement; MBA optional.
• 3–5 years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or strategic planning in consumer-facing industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Curiosity about consumer landscape and macro environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Google Suite.
• Interest in AI and implementing AI across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Help manage annual strategic planning and align on objectives.
• Drive accountability across initiatives, vetting, modeling, and executing opportunities.
• Communicate strategy via investor and board materials and internal roadmaps (OKRs).
• Own growth initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet milestones.
