Qualifications

• Broad understanding of health care delivery, financing, markets, and the full continuum of services.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or strategic health care operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable growth strategies with executive leadership.
• Lead strategic partnerships, transactions, and cross‑functional initiatives across Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations.
• Build and mentor the Strategic Planning team and drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.
• Support executive-level decision-making with market intelligence and financial valuation.
