Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and projects.
• Understanding of FINRA advertising review process.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Experience planning client and prospect events.
• Ability to present information to top management and boards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in establishing the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase revenue.
• Develop and execute a cohesive branding strategy to maximize client retention and increase new business.
• Create all external marketing collateral.
• Facilitate direct calling with centers of influence and build strong partnerships for new revenue sources.
• Remain knowledgeable of all Truist Wealth products and complete continuing education requirements.
• Plan and execute team events, including co-branded functions with Wealth and Insurance.
• Oversee the use of contact management tools to track activities.
