Bozzuto Construction Company is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our pipeline in PA, MA, CT, DE & NJ. You will develop relationships with developers and industry consultants while managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools and coordinating RFQ/RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with developers and industry consultants.
• Manage the sales pipeline for the respective market using CRM pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Assist with RFQ/RFP processes in a timely, competitive manner.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Executives, and Directors on client engagement.
• Support strategic BD/Marketing initiatives and team activities.
