Partnology seeks an Operating Partner for an early-stage biotech investment strategy. You will support portfolio company development, drive growth initiatives, and collaborate with founders, executives, and investors to create long-term value.

The role combines venture capital insight with hands-on operational leadership, governance, and broad fundraising responsibilities across domestic and international settings.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years venture capital investment experience within biotechnology or life sciences.
• Prior C-level operating experience within early-stage biotech companies.
• Demonstrated board experience with governance, financing, and leadership decisions.
• Proven track record advising founders and executives on formation, fundraising, and strategic growth.
