Job summary

Identity Digital, based in Denver, is seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to own the company’s strategic planning, operating cadences, and cross‑functional execution. You will partner with the GM of name.com and the leadership team to translate priorities into measurable plans, KPIs, and outcomes.

You will drive MBRs/QBRs, board materials, budget reviews, and talent planning while building dashboards and OKRs to guide performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategy, operations, or business operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience owning strategic and annual planning processes and operating cadences.
• Experience preparing board-facing materials.
• Fluency with OKRs/KPIs and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work across time zones in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and annual planning processes.
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews with data and narratives.
• Prepare leadership materials for meetings and ensure decisions are captured.
• Coordinate annual planning, budgets, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Define and track OKRs with dashboards for leadership.
• Streamline processes and manage OPEX budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, product, engineering, support, and BD.
• Lead internal communications about strategy and results.
• Use data analytics to inform strategy and measure performance.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
