Job summary

SmartRent is seeking a Digital Growth Director to own end-to-end digital campaigns, from concept to attribution. You’ll lead multi-channel initiatives, orchestrating Pardot/SFMC, ZoomInfo, CMS, LinkedIn, and other networks to reach the right audience at the right moment.

You’ll partner with marketing, sales, enablement, design, and web teams to brief assets that drive high-performing campaigns, while tracking ROI, CPA, and funnel metrics to optimize spend and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment.
• 3–5 years experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record managing $40,000+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic display networks.
• Experience using ZoomInfo for list building, intent monitoring, and enrichment.
• Comfortable with A/B testing frameworks and multi-touch attribution models.
• Collaborated with marketing, sales, enablement, design to produce high‑performing assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Email).
• Build, test, and deploy lead-nurture programs and transactional emails within Pardot/SFMC.
• Utilize ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to identify high-intent accounts and fresh prospects for the Sales team.
• Direct-buy and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and major digital ad networks, optimizing for conversion.
• Track the full funnel and report ROI, conversion rates, and CPA using Salesforce dashboards.
• Maintain data integrity between ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce for lead routing.
