This role directly supports the GM and leadership team and acts as a force multiplier across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 15+ years in strategy, operations, or business operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to own strategic and annual planning processes and operating cadences (MBR/QBR).
• Experience preparing board-facing materials.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic planning and growth design aligned with objectives.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including agenda, data, narrative, and action follow-up.
• Prepare leadership materials for exec meetings, board meetings, and all-hands sessions.
• Coordinate annual planning, budget reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning with GM, Finance, and People teams.
• Define and track OKRs; build dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Streamline processes, manage OPEX budgets, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
