Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Senior Analyst to join a small, high‑impact team working on our most important strategic and financial priorities. You will collaborate with senior leaders across finance, product and analytics, with exposure to the C‑suite on high‑stakes questions that shape how we scale.

This hybrid role is based in New York City, with roughly two to three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in business strategy and operations, preferably at least 2 years as a management consultant or at a data-driven product/technology company.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into concise, compelling narratives.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (or Google Suite equivalent).
• BA/BS in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority strategic initiatives that shape growth, efficiency, and long-term scale.
• Develop executive-facing business cases and recommendations, including scenario analysis and trade-off evaluation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• Partner with Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, surface key drivers, and translate questions into analyses.
• Build and refine gross margin analyses and forecasting frameworks across core and emerging businesses.
