You will partner with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Data to manage budgets, evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investments to scale efficiently.

The role emphasizes rigorous data-driven insights, forecasting improvements, and clear executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance or related field.
• Excellent skills building scalable financial models; Looker and SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to synthesize data into concise, actionable insights.
• Experience with cohort analyses and ROI evaluation within tech/growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product leadership to define success metrics and measure growth initiatives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain reporting to track progress vs expectations.
• Improve forecasting processes, tooling, and automation to reflect growth dynamics.
• Lead cohort analyses to identify performance drivers and opportunities across acquisition and engagement.
• Contribute to earnings prep and executive narratives with data-driven insights.
• Leverage automation and AI capabilities to enhance reporting and scalability.
