Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable segments. You will partner with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Supply Chain to create demand and accelerate growth.

You will focus on expanding Dow’s market presence by developing value propositions, managing a robust pipeline, and driving commercial launches with senior customer stakeholders across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work across Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification, and development of new customer opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Partner with Marketing to identify trends and unmet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Service & Development to evaluate feasibility and support trials.
• Develop market penetration strategies to establish Dow products in new applications and accounts.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and communicate insights to guide strategy.
