Job summary

CRC Group seeks a marketing leader to coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing plans for current and future business development. You will oversee development of the Ethos plan, conduct market research, and provide strategic marketing guidance to support client-focused growth.

The role requires extensive experience, leadership, and the ability to work with agencies and clients, with expectations of travel and extended hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight years of marketing experience or similar.
• Three years of MGU experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear and consistent leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of the strategic marketing plan ensuring exceptional results.
• Assist in the development of the Ethos marketing plan.
• Perform market research and analysis providing information for plan development.
• Provide marketing advice and support for the Ethos business model.
• Maintain and track marketing efforts and report effectiveness.
