Novelis, a world leader in aluminum recycling and sustainable solutions, is seeking a Senior Market Insights & Strategy professional to shape commercial decisions across automotive, beverage packaging, and high-end markets. You will develop market outlooks, demand forecasts, and data-driven insights by collaborating with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability, R&D, and regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
4–7 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, market intelligence, or related analytical field.
Experience structuring complex business questions and developing fact-based recommendations.
Ability to connect market trends to actionable commercial insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and project-management skills.
Ability to collaborate across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn new industries and apply knowledge to practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends affecting Novelis and its served markets.
Monitor developments in automotive, beverage packaging, and specialty markets.
Develop market outlooks, demand forecasts, scenario models, dashboards, and reports.
Evaluate opportunities across customer, product, portfolio, pricing, profitability, segmentation, and growth.
Support strategic planning with data collection, market assessments, forecasting, and recommendations.
Prepare business cases and market assessments with clear opportunities, risks, and paths forward.
Partner with regional and functional teams to align market insights with supply-demand outlooks.
Track initiatives, deliverables, risks, and key measures of progress.
Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, Corporate Strategy, and regional teams.
