Job summary

RiseMe in New York is seeking a data-driven strategy analyst to provide systematic, objective decision support for corporate planning, market entry, store network development, and major investments. You will research industry trends, competitors, and internal data to build models, scenarios, and KPI dashboards for the CEO, CSO, and management.

You will analyze consumer insights, market opportunities, capital projects, and post-opening performance; ensure data accuracy and traceability;

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment analysis, or related fields.
Experience in chain retail, consumer goods, multi-store companies, or related areas preferred.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tool proficiency (Power BI or Tableau).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (and Chinese).

Responsibilities

Support the CSO in building the corporate strategic metric tree and management dashboards.
Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and market entry opportunities.
Develop business cases, scenarios, and capital project analyses.
Coordinate with CFO and Finance to validate financial definitions, budgets, and return models.
Prepare analytical materials for strategy, major projects, and resource allocation.
