The role requires advanced analytical skills, experience in retail or healthcare services, and the ability to deliver executive-level analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, equity research, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-unit retail or healthcare services preferred.
• Proven success with building detailed financial models, conducting valuation and ROI analyses.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, unit economics, and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess new store openings, acquisitions, and performance initiatives.
• Analyze store-level performance, customer metrics, and margin drivers in partnership with operations and marketing.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends in the retail optical sector.
• Prepare executive dashboards, investment memos, and board presentations.
• Support integration of acquisitions by defining KPIs and financial frameworks.
