Job summary

T-Mobile’s Corporate Strategy & Analysis team acts as an internal consulting unit partnering with executive leaders to tackle complex problems and drive transformational change. This Corporate Strategy Manager role structures analyses, builds models, and delivers insights to inform high-stakes decisions.

You’ll work across diverse initiatives from merger integrations to new business ventures, coordinating with internal clients to secure buy-in and present concise, executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Business (Finance, Accounting, Finance), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative/ technical fields. (Required)
• 4-7 years Related Corporate Strategy experience. (Required)
• Less than 2 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or other experience requiring quantitative analysis (Required)

Responsibilities

• Structure analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
• Build financial and other decision-making models.
• Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.
• Work with client organizations to build buy-in and drive change.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for CS&A input and messaging.
• Lead projects, collaborating with internal clients to solve key business issues.
• Construct executive presentations and present findings clearly for decision-making.
