You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic priorities, develop decision frameworks and business cases, and translate company strategy into actionable plans, guiding major projects from analysis through execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in corporate and project strategy, etc., finance for infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support and lead the identification and evaluation of new business capabilities and services for monetization.
• Partner with finance, business development, engineering, and commercial teams to set strategy including monetization, go-to-market, and risk assessment.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for new capabilities and capital projects with cost estimates, schedules, escalation, financing, risk, and returns.
• Present and defend financial models and business cases to executives.
• Develop project-level strategies for major customer and deployment projects with objectives and risks.
• Lead analysis of cross-functional business challenges and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate priorities into operating plans, decision frameworks, and measurable actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution.
• Develop or support business cases, scenario analyses, and financial analyses for strategic decisions.
• Identify risks and tradeoffs and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Improve processes, governance, and operating models for major initiatives.
• Improve modeling processes, tools, templates, and data architecture for speed and accuracy.
• Mentor associates and analysts in strategic work and financial modeling.
• Support leadership with financial aspects of current projects and initiatives.
