Job summary

X Energy, LLC in Rockville, MD is seeking a Growth & Strategy Manager to support development and execution of corporate and project-level strategy across the organization. The role collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate priorities, build business cases, and drive strategic initiatives from analysis through execution.

The position requires strong financial/analytical capabilities, and an MBA with related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate and project strategy, financial modeling, or similar roles.
• MBA with strategy/finance focus may substitute some experience.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end financial models for infrastructure/energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the identification and evaluation of new business capabilities and services.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for new capabilities and capital projects.
• Create and defend financial models for senior leadership.
• Translate strategy into operating plans and measurable actions.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, business development, and commercial teams.
