Hitachi Energy Ltd. in the United States seeks a Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic growth through market, financial, and technology assessments. You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to identify acquisitions, joint ventures, and other growth options.

Based onsite in Raleigh, NC or Wilton, CT, you will lead investment projects, build executive-ready materials, and ensure governance and milestone progress while addressing evolving business challenges.

Formación

• Work experience in market, customer, competitor, financial, or strategic assessment is required.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive materials.
• Ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop insights on priority markets, customers, competitors, technologies, and industry trends to support strategic planning and investment opportunity identification.
• Prepare clear materials for Executive Committee and Board-level discussions covering investment opportunities and recommended actions.
• Lead workstreams on strategic and investment projects across acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and venture investments.
• Support organic and inorganic growth by assessing strategic fit, investment rationale, and milestone progress.
• Manage cross-functional teams across global regions and ensure governance and execution requirements are met.
