Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, strategy, corporate development, market intelligence, consulting, M&A, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience in chemical/manufacturing markets is a plus.

• Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisition targets.
• Manage and support the M&A pipeline, including target screening, due diligence, and integration planning.
