Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Materials Science, Mining, or related field.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, logistics, or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, customer delivery requirements, and supplier coordination.
• Working knowledge of batch processing of chemical specialty products and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans, initiatives and programs that support Chem-Trend’s supply chain strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable supply chain solutions across sourcing, production, warehousing, distribution and customer delivery.
• Partner across functions to enhance supply chain performance, improve competitiveness, and align activities with business goals.
