Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy in Kirkland, WA to lead inorganic growth and corporate strategy. You will identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions, partnerships, and investments that advance Ziply Fiber’s fiber-first expansion.

The role requires cross-functional due diligence, valuation work, and executive-level decision support. The position reports to HQ Leadership and is based in Kirkland with in-office work three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
• 6–10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate development, M&A, investments and partnerships aligned with Ziply Fiber’s strategy.
• Develop market insights and investment theses for prospective targets.
• Prepare business cases, operating plans, and value creation opportunities.
• Lead due diligence and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology and external advisors.
• Create executive-level materials for investment committees and the Board.
• Frame complex strategic questions into clear hypotheses and structured work plans.
