NorthRock Partners is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader for its Personal Office team in Minneapolis. You will serve as a trusted growth coach to a group of financial advisors, guiding growth, scalability, and high performance while leveraging wealth-management expertise and executive leadership.

The role demands a track record in wealth management, coaching entrepreneurial professionals, and a demonstrated ability to lead through influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related professional services environment.
• Proven experience coaching financial advisors or other entrepreneurial professionals
• Strong practice management and sales leadership expertise, including organic growth, team development, capacity, and practice economics
• Exceptional executive presence, relationship-building skills, and ability to lead through influence
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required

Responsibilities

• Coach advisors on growth strategy, business planning, client acquisition, segmentation, and practice economics
• Turn advisor goals into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and accountability
• Help advisors build high-performing teams through effective leadership, delegation, talent development, and succession planning
• Identify opportunities to improve advisor capacity, scalability, client experience, and overall practice performance
• Connect advisors with NorthRock resources, technology, tools, and expertise that support their growth
• Partner across the firm to solve business challenges, share field insights, and advance strategic priorities
• Identify and share best practices across the advisor community
• Travel approximately 40-60% for advisor visits, meetings, and firm events
