Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Proven track record of leading capture and proposal execution for large-scale government programs.
• Strong strategic orientation with the ability to translate vision into executable growth plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop NSO strategic growth plan aligned to Defense & Intelligence priorities.
• Lead NSO BD and capture teams, ensuring pipeline health and conversion outcomes.
• Own NSO sales and book-to-bill performance with clear metrics and forecast transparency.
• Build and sustain high-performance teams with accountability and collaboration.
