You will develop business and operating strategies, evaluate growth opportunities, and deepen understanding of customers and markets to frame complex decisions for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, investment banking, market research, or M&A diligence
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in top-tier consulting or M&A advisory is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex situations
• Proven ability to drive decisions across organizations
• Collaborative and outcomes-driven with strong execution bias
• Excellent communication across audiences and levels

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business strategies and operating plans to drive growth and scale
• Partner with senior leadership to frame critical questions and assess market needs
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, investments, and actionable initiatives
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across core segments and ecosystems
• Build and manage an M&A pipeline with corporate finance and risk teams
• Lead market-entry, portfolio prioritization, and partnerships initiatives
• Develop data-driven understanding of customers, markets, and business models
• Conduct ecosystem analysis to identify disruption risks and differentiation
• Ensure strategic plans are grounded in market intelligence and insights
