Job summary

BastionBUNTIN seeks a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to steer strategic directions across our client portfolio and agency growth. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape offerings and future-proof capabilities in a rapidly evolving market.

You will mentor a high-performing team of strategists, translate insights into action, and drive measurable impact for clients and the agency. This role requires deep expertise in brand, business, and creative strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ progressive experience in senior brand strategy roles, including some agency experience.
• BA in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proven success in developing and implementing brand, communications, and business strategies for leading brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vision and direction for BastionBUNTIN and its clients.
• Partner with agency leadership to evolve value proposition, services, and positioning.
• Champion integration of strategic insight across disciplines with data-driven intelligence.
• Build and lead a team of cross-functional strategists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
