Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/related field.
• 7+ years in strategic planning or program management.
• Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and organizational change.
• Experience with government/ federal environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities, goals, and KPIs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and environmental scanning to identify opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders and ensure cross-group communications.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Develop reports and recommendations for senior leadership and government customers.
• Monitor progress of initiatives and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and ensure accountability.
• Support business development through capture management and proposals.
