Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field is preferred.
Experience in technical sales or business development within manufacturing is required.
Strong ability to read and discuss technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new customers, focusing on investment castings.
Develop target accounts across energy, industrial equipment, medical, automotive, marine, pumps/valves, and engineered components.
Lead prospecting through cold outreach, trade shows, and market research.
Coordinate RFQs, NDAs, technical reviews, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
Support new product introductions from award through tooling and first production orders.
